2) POSTAGE & PACKAGING

Please remember the POSTAGE and PACKAGING costs include all of the work, time and effort in getting your item from me to you and NOT just the actual postage cost. They are NOT negotiable; if you do not agree with them, then please do not place a bid for the item.

3) REFUNDS

All items leave me in very good condition, but don't forget they ARE secondhand. CD cases and vinyl sleeves maybe cracked/torn within reason to the age of the item. In general i will only sell items in good – mint condition. If something is damaged in transit i cannot be held responsible UNLESS you have requested and paid for Recorded Delivery. Without Recorded Delivery any compensation for the item being lost or damaged is at the post office's discretion. I will help as much as possible, but their decision is out of my control.

5) FEEDBACK

My policy on this is that we will only leave feedback for you, when i have received it first. I do this because we work very hard to provide an efficient service to all of my customers, however its very frustrating when we am not left any comments. Some people may consider this to be blackmail to ensure we get comments, but please be assured that i will leave feedback for you within 48 hours of it being left for us. Therefore, please leave us feedback on the transaction when you have received the item.
6) CONTACT
You MUST ensure that you have made your payment/OR at the very minimum contacted me to arrange payment within 3 days of the auction's end date, and subsequently your payment must have reached me NO LATER than 7 days after the end date. Failure to comply with my terms on either of these points WILL result in the item being reported to E-Bay as "Unpaid", the item WILL be relisted and negative feedback WILL be left on your profile.
7) PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your item by PAYPAL, Cheque (Drawn in GBP), Postal Order (Drawn in GBO). Cheques / Postal Orders need to be made out to MrM.HARRIS. Should you wish your item to be sent to a different address, please make this clear to me when making your Paypal payment. All postal payments MUST include details of your name, item name and number, and the required delivery address.
