Text on back cover: TO THE MEMORY OF GREG CARROLL 1960-1986
Came with an insert containing the lyrics to One Tree Hill printed on a picture of One Tree Hill (located in Auckland, New Zealand) with this text at the bottom: (Greg Carroll's Funeral, Wanganui, New Zealand, 10th July 1986)
Runout groove text on Side A: TOWNHOUSE
Track times not listed on the release. All tracks are the album versions from "The Joshua Tree"
Side A: 45RPM Side B: 33RPM.
The New Zealand version of this single is very hard to find. The main differences between the 2 are:
Front Cover -The swipe bar above "U2" on the Australian release is gold, on the New Zealand release is it white
Rear Cover -Catalogue number (upper right hand corner) on the Australian release reads K-338, on the New Zealand release it reads 878302-7 -Distributor (bottom right corner) on Australian release shows Festival Records, on the New Zealand release is shows Polygram -Island logo (bottom right corner) on the Australian release is the "i" palm, on the New Zealand release it's the palm tree circle -On the middle marketing info on the bottom of the New Zealand release it should read "Marketed in Australasia by Polygram Records Pty Ltd under exclusive licence. Made in New Zealand"
