This is a one sided test press, made in UK with matrix number WIP 68481 A-2U-1-1-1 but that plays the Japanese edit of the song.  This would suggest that this version was destined for UK release.
Playing surface is in good condition but there is damage to the very edge of the disc - SEE PICTURE
