You probably won't see one of these again, especially in this condition! This mix has never been released before though it is widely known as Paul Oakenfold played it on the live shows he supported and was bootlegged a few years back.
Condition vinyl: NM one hairline mark, looks like it probably has only been played once!
Condition sleeve: VG+ plain sleeve, has a little water staining in one corner; this could easily be replaced.

All records packaged in box mailers with additional cardboard stiffener(s) perpendicular to the corrugated grain for added strength. I do not use those crappy envelopes that most UK sellers seem to use. I am a collector myself and know how important it is that the record you have bought reaches you in the condition you bought it without creased and folder corners or even snapped in two!
