Description

This is a fine copy from a limited edition Irish-only reissue of the first four singles by Irish legends U2, released in 1982.  Included are the group's three pre-LP 45s, 1979's "Out of Control" and 1980's "Another Day" and "11 O'Clock Tick Tock," as well as the first single taken from their debut LP, "I Will Follow."  The singles came in exact replicas of the original picture sleeves and with replicated labels, and were issued in a four-pocket PVC display pack or "wallet" with a long, narrow fifth pocket at the top for the title header.  The wallet was stored folded in thirds, and retains that creasing to some extent (this is visible in the second photo of the back in the way the header bends upwards).  It is otherwise in fine shape, with no splitting or discoloration.  The title header protrudes from its PVC pocket ¼” on the left, and has some creasing along that edge (see photo).  The two picture sleeves on the left of the pack, "Out of Control" and "11 O'Clock Tick Tock," have a little light creasing along their left seams.  The sleeve for “Another Day” (top right) has light ring wear on the front cover.  The sleeve for “I Will Follow” (bottom right) has a very small tear at the top seam on the front cover.  Overall grading for the packaging: EX.  There is a large price sticker on top of the pack on the front.  Visually, the discs are clean with a little light scuffing on the first two singles.  They play with occasional light surface noise: EX+.  Disc 1 is slightly warped, but this has no appreciable effect on play.

I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.

If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
