Delivery to USA will not be US $ 40 (not possible to put an amount higher than that into the delivery cost field) but US $ 60 due to excessive weight for normal DHL parcel which could last more than a month to deliver or US $ 90 DHL Express mail (3 to 5 days to deliver). So please: after purchase do not pay directly but ask for invoice with correct delivery option.  All other countries outside Europe and USA ask for delivery quotes before buying.

Delivery to european countries: US $ 40 (insured parcel post only due to super heavy weight)

Delivery inside germany: US $ 15 (insured package via DHL)
