Real Name:- Tyrone FettsonProfile:- Soul blues singer
Born on May 4th,1938 in Greenville, Mississippi, U.S.A.
In his highly prolific career he recorded more than 25 studio albums and scored three No.1 R'n'B hits at Billboard chart - "Can I Change My Mind" (1968), "Turn Back The Hands Of Time" (1970) and "Turning Point" (1975).
He is the brother of 'facts of life's' Jean Davis.
Discovered by Carl Davis and signed at Dakar Records in 1968. He released more than 25 singles at Dakar, most of them produced by Willie Henderson.
Mid 70's he switched to Columbis where he recorded seven albums produced by Leo Graham.
In 1982 he was signed at Highrise and in 1996 at Malaco Records, the southern-based blues label recording him on a number of albums. He also performed on a PBS special on 1970s soul music in 2004, singing "Turn Back The Hands Of Time".
A stroke in September 2004 ended his career and, following complications, he died in a Chicago hospital on February 9, 2005, at the age of 66.

Grading
- Mint - I will not grade Mint unless I am absolutely sure it has not been played
- Mint Minus [N.M.] - Label and Vinyl looks perfect and plays perfect
- Excellent - Vinyl has virtually no blemishes . Plays Perfect. Label may have a sticker.
- VG plus - Has the odd superficial mark but plays without any surface noise or skips or crackles. Very close to Excellent. May have sticker
- VG - Same as above but may have more marks. But still plays without skips or surface noise.
- GOOD Has more noticeable marks than a VG+ but has no skips or jumps. May have SLIGHT surface noise
