Here for sale is the FIRST ALBUM by TYRANNOSAURUS REX titled "My people were fair and had sky in their hair...But now they're content to wear stars on their brows". This is an original UK 1st STEREO PRESSING released on the REGAL ZONOPHONE RECORD LABEL in 1968, catalogue No: SLRZ 1003.
SLEEVE: (EX) The front only laminated flip back cover is in excellent condition. No writing or tears, one very minor faint crease and only the slightest hint of laminate lift . Spine and text are perfect. To the back there is a small dirty mark and slight uplift on the bottom flip back. Virtually no storage wear and only slight feathering on the open side.
INNER SLEEVE: (VG+) Original plain white inner sleeve, with a 2.5cm tear on the opening edge, no writing or creases.
RECORD: (EX+) There are no visible scratches just a few light marks which only have a slight/no effect on the sound quality. The labels of the disc are nearly perfect and show little/no spindle damage. The vinyl is still very glossy.
INSERT: (M) Mint lyric sheet. This has a small picture of John Peel at the top right who was a great fan of the original Tyrannosaurus Rex.
