Tubby Hayes 100% Proof stereo Fontana STL.5410 Original U.K. pressing
Tubby Hayes (ts,fl,vibes), Ronnie Scott (ts,cl), Ronnie Ross (bar, bcl) ETC. Recorded 1966
The record looks and plays clean and quiet VG++. A few very light scuffs on Side 1 which do not affect play. Grooves are bright and glossy and do not show wear or damage.
LISTEN TO THE SOUND CLIPS BELOW FROM BEGINNING, MIDDLE AND END OF THE ACTUAL RECORD. Recorded using a stereo cartridge with no sound fix up. Will sound better using a mono cartridge or switch.
The flip back cover is strong VG+.
The front cover is bright and shiny with light wear and denting visible at the corners. There's a small strip, app 2 inches of not obvious crinkling at the top near the pocket. The back cover has light wear with some fading and small, light pencil writing. No split seams. Spine is intact and readable.
Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on cover.
My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
