Description
Trees – On The Shore - CBS S 64168
Having looked through all current and completed listings of this version I genuinely believe its one of the best and most unique. The only thing it doesn't have is it's original inner sleeve.
Why unique? The side 1 CBS logo print is offset as you can see from the image. This defect has not been recorded on the release page in Discogs.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition however on side one there is a hairline scratch that you can't feel most likely caused by the stylus slipping.
Both inlays are Excellent
The sleeve is worn in places but in comparison to others currently listed and ones that have been sold it's much better.
I've tried to show the matrix numbers as best I can to show it is the copy that most collectors want.

Again from our experience we've found it's better to grade our records condition under what we actually believe it should be. This prevents problems arising once the buyer has received their record. The price we've set the vinyl at is a good indicator of whether we think it's better than listed. Please contact us for more information on an items exact condition, we are happy to send specific images of items on request, however please be patient as this can not be done immediately.
Mint (M) – Absolutely perfect in every way. Never been played and usually sealed.
Near Mint (NM) – The record has been on a shelf between other records. The vinyl looks glossy and clearly has only been played a few times. There are no marks on the vinyl and the whole package is complete.
Excellent (E) – Same but I’d tolerate very light marks where the vinyl has been in and out of the inner sleeve a few times, or tiny signs of use generally.
Very Good Plus (VG+) – A few further faults are acceptable, but nothing that really compromises the record visually or audibly. A little rub, light inaudible marks, a little background crackle.
Very Good (VG) – It’s seen a bit of life, but is still usable. Light pops and clicks, an edge split, light visible scratches. You can still listen to it and enjoy looking at it, but it is visually and audibly used.
Good (G) – To be honest you’re making trouble for yourself here, as Good means Bad. I’d only be selling something really desirable in this condition, with a bargain price and a full, no holds barred description to match.
Poor (P), Fair (F) Attempting to listen will be a disturbing experience. Expect major noise issues, skipping or repeating. The record itself is cracked, badly warped and has deep scratches. The cover is also approaching death! I wouldn't be selling anything in these categories.
