Description
Here is a PROMO copy of the classic 1989 release from The Tragically Hip. This is hard enough to find on vinyl but a promo copy in this condition is very rare. The vinyl is visually graded a VG+ with a couple light scuffs and a very fine surface scratch on Side 1 which only causes a few very light ticks at the beginning of "New Orleans Is Sinking". Play-grades to a NM-. If I didn't already have a near perfect copy in my personal collection I'd be keeping this one. If you've never heard this great album on vinyl you are in for a treat, it is a truly great sounding LP.
The cover is VG+ with some light ring wear on the front, nice glossy surface with no major issues. Labels are near mint, no writing or scratches, side two has a slight imperfection near the spindle hole. The gold PROMO stamp is over the barcode on the back of the cover and a hype sticker is on the front. A MOFI inner is included.
$4 shipping is USPS media mail.
EDIT: Please note I listened to this album VERY critically again to be sure of my rating and I did notice a bit of surface noise mostly in between tracks 1 and 2 on side 2 that I didn't notice when I listed the LP. It is very minor but does produce some noticeable crackle for maybe 10 seconds into track 2. No skips or loud pops but this does lower the overall play-grade to a VG+.
