Description
TRADITIONAL SONGS OF MEXICO is a very clean and rare copy from FOLKWAYS RECORDS. The unique label featured many releases containing ethnic and traditional music form around the world. This copy is from 1966. It was in a local library for decades. Clean. Only played once or twice. It had no 'sign outs' on the old library card. The library outer plastic wrap was removed we I acquired it years ago. That wrap long protected this iconic compilation. It now has it's original shrink wrap. The cover, although open, is pristine. No split seams. No creases or folds. No spine damage. The 'old library code' is seen on front cover, upper right. Otherwise, this cover is Near Mint. The vinyl is excellent +. It shows some tiny scuffs. No scratches. Great shine. The labels show the 'old library code' on them. I wouldn't try removing it because the label is otherwise perfect. The other side has the code in ink, rather than sticker. Still very sharp and clean! The original Booklet is included and in excellent condition. This is one of the nicest copies from Folkways Records in my collection.
