First off, I am not the fastest shipper, it may take up to 5 business days after you pay for me to ship it out. Most cases it does not, but sometimes things happen. I always let buyers know what is happening, I ship through paypal so you'll get tracking and date of shippment.. I am not here to "rip" anyone off.

I took the record out of the sleeve looked on one side flipped and looked at the other side - No Scratches or Scuffs
The Jacket has a crease on the left side towards the bottom like it was dropped .
