This was a Boston Radio Station Promo Picture Disc for Toto 4 released in collaboration with Strawberries Record stores. I bought it in Boston back in 1982. What I find unique about this release is that it doesn't promote the band name or the record label anywhere. It is official but it fails Marketing 101 big time. I've never opened it to take the record out so it is perfectly mint. The vinyl sleeve has some folds and waviness but Mint! Free shipping within the US.
