ULTRA ULTRA Rare issue in alternative cover and with alternative label

Clear vinyl option with grey/black and white "cage" cover art wrapping around from back to front.

This issue uses the grey promo jacket marked ZP11052-1 on the spine,
but covers the promotional notes on the back of the jacket with a white, barcoded sticker.

As well, different vinyl label used than the grey vinyl promo copy.

Also, notable by the "PARENTAL ADVISORY" sticker on the front.

Vinyl is NM-.

Cover is EX.
