This is an original vintage hard to find 1967 northern soul promo label 45 by Tommy Neal  titled:  "Goin' To A Happening", and backed with "Tomboy" an instrumental. This is on the Palmer Record Label #5024. Condition of the record is mint minus with nice labels. There are 2 black marks on the Goin' To A Happening side. There are no cracks, chips, cut out holes, or stickers. This is a very nice & scarce 45 record to add to your collection, especially in this great condition! Please see photo! Email with any questions! We except international bids and Paypal.
