Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers Damn the Torpedoes LP 1979 MCA-5105 VG+
This is a 1979 Backstreet release of the Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers "Damn the Torpedoes" LP. It is marked MCA-5105. I am the original owner, and this album received minimal play when I bought it and almost none in the 38 years since.
I am not a professional grader, but based on what I have read from the Goldmine grading guide, I would rate the vinyl as VG+. There are some light scratches and scuffs, but I have played the album recently, and I don't detect any noises these minor defects have created. The photos I took of the vinyl make it look a bit dull, but both sides are quite shiny.
The outer sleeve is in Near Mint condition. There is one small crease along the bottom on the front and some light wear on the open edge, but the spine looks great, as does pretty much every other part of the sleeve, front and back. The cardboard inner sleeve also is in Near Mint condition.
