Description
This is an extremely rare OFFICIAL signed and numbered release of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers "Official Live Leg" lp from ABC/Shelter Records in 1977. This is not the fake "white label promo" edition that you can get anywhere - those are counterfits. Shelter records never released a white label promo - the only genuine copies of this record are issued on the regular orange and yellow label, numbered and signed. That's what this is. The back of the album cover is signed by Tom Petty and all members of the band who were in the lineup at the time: Mike Campbell, Benmont Tench (signed "Ben Tench"), Ron Blair, and Stan Lynch. I zoomed in to show a closeup of Tom, Mike, and Stan's signatures - you can see Ron and Benmont's to the right of picture 4. In the upper right corner, it is hand-numbered 155. I don't know how many were released altogether, but it was very limited. I've only ever seen one other of these, and I've been collecting Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers memorabilia since the 1980s.
The same tracks appear on both sides, and both sides are labeled Side A. The tracks are all live from Paul's Mall in Boston, MA, December 12, 1976, and are as follows:

I have never played this record, so I don't know for sure what the sound is like. However, the vinyl is very clean and shiny with no visible scuffs or scratches.
