Description
FOR SALE is an extremely RARE 1977 Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers Official Live 'Leg that was signed by ALL band members. It was played one time and then sat in my collection.
These signed copies were gifted to a very select few radio stations that pushed the first Petty album as a "thank you" for the early support. I was the Music Director of a radio station and was gifted this disc.
ABC Records distributed these discs that were not intended for sale at the time.
Because they became in such high demand, bootleggers started selling pressed copies, some with a white label and some with single-side music only. Beware... THESE ARE COUNTERFEIT pressings. A record label then began to also press new copies which were for sale. Unless your copy has the disc graphics as pictured and the same tracks on both sides, it is NOT an original pressing.
