Description

An original 1st USA issue on STRAIGHT Records 1969. The vinyl comes housed in an original USA printed gatefold cover. We also have the original SA inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In great shape and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveal a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. For a folk title, like this one, you're gonna need a nice clean player otherwise background will interfere quickly. I'm pleased to report a lovely clean player, here, allowing the strumming just to float outta the speakers. Little to take issue with really. Maybe a few crackles in one brief isolated moment per side. A very moody and atmospheric rendition with excellent clarity. Sweet!
Cover (Vg+) In nice condition for the relative vintage ['69']. A couple of foxing marks on the front, but precious little surface wear. A bit more on the rear - at the top. The interior looks superb - no issues at all. Edge wear is quite slight for this title and the openings are still nice and firm. The text on the spine is fully legible - with just very slight wear. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity in part thanks to the heavy card employed in manufacture.
Inner (Vg) A couple of side splits - they have been taped up.
