Thurston Harris and The Sharps, Little Bitty Pretty One b/w I Hope You Won't Hold It Against Me.
1957 UK Vogue 7", V 9092, housed in plain sleeve.Vinyl in very clean condition. Vinyl surfaces are free of any immediately visible marks. Closer inspection reveals one tiny non-sounding hairline scuff, and there are a few sleeve removal type light hairlines. Single has clearly been looked after, however, and displays no heavy scratches or gouges. Centre spindle areas are not worn or whitened, and just a few faint hairlines can be detected when the single is rotated in front of a light source. Label condition is fairly self evident from the photos, nice and clean both sides with just two or three of the lightest and tiniest of blemishes.
A great up tempo Doo Wop classic, backed with a great mid tempo B side. These early Vogue singles are real toughies to find, especially as clean as this. Sleeve is not original, although early Vogues (and Corals) only had generic tan/beige paper sleeves anyway.
