Why the Mountains Are Black: Primeval Greek Village Music 1907-1960 Vinyl
On Saturday, March 5th, 2016 Third Man Records held a release party at their Nashville store front. Christopher King, the producer of Why The Mountains Are Black, played 78 rpm discs from this collection that was released by Third Man Records and discussed individual performances for two hours. Third Man Records pressed a very small, limited quantity of the LP on lavender/purple vinyl and this is one of the copies from that night. It is signed by King and dated 3/5/2016. Included in this auction is also a signed copy of the Album Release Party handbill, also dated 3/5/2016.
