Description

Up for sale in this auction is a set of 2 LPs released by Sheffield Lab. The two records included in this auction are Thelma Houston & Pressure Cooker, "I've Got The Music In Me" and Harry James, "Still Harry After All These Years". These are Direct To Disc recordings of audiophile quality! Vinyl on the Thelma Houston record is VG++ to EX, fantastically clean with fresh and glossy vinyl! Harry James' LP is in VG shape with a couple of light marks, still very glossy and plenty of life. Does not have any skips or endless loops. The jacket for Thelma Houston is in VG shape with some wear around the edges and corners, comes with original printed inner sleeve in VG shape, only a small start of a seam split on the bottom and sides (we will ship the record in another sleeve to ensure a safer transport). Hard cardboard sleeve of the Harry James record is in VG to VG+ shape and comes with original printed insert in fantastic shape!

All center labels on the records are clean!

Goldmine Grading System:

  • SS  Still Sealed
  • M  Mint - Perfect in all ways.
  • M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
  • NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.
  • VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.
  • VG+  Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
  • VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
  • VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
  • G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
