- The five Yardbirds who appear in the Blow-up Jazz club and final party scene got tier start in England Replacing the Rolling Stones as the resident instrumental-vocal group at the Crawdaddy Club, they helped establish this night spot as one of the most popular "let-loose" teenage places in England. The Yardbirds made a cross-country tour of the United States in the fall of 1965 at which time they filmed a "Hullabaloo" television show. They also appeared in concert appearance with The Beatles in Paris.
“For Blow Up, The Yardbirds recorded the track ‘Stroll On’ at IBC studios in London. It was the first time Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page got to record with the guitars.” Blow-up, a Carlo Ponti Production. Directed by Michelangelo Antonioni - Music composed, conducted & played by Herbie Hancock.
