MGM Rechanneled Stereo 60s issue...#SE 3996 ST...  Lyrics by E. Y. Harburg, and Music by Harold Arlen... Looks like an RCA Record club issue...  With Judy Garland, Ray Bolger, oh, you know who's in it...  Nice version with spoken word dialogue and the classic songs!  Condition of the jacket; NM, light wear/ rubbing. Condition of the vinyl; NM, slight non audible sleeve scuffs...
