WHO DID IT! - THE WHO
This a a very uber rare 1st pressing of the redacted 4th album by The Who. I've been in possession of it for nearly 10 years, stored it away carefully, and never played it, due to it's heritage.
Due to ill health and not really feeling the love anymore in collecting, I have decided to let it go.
If your in the know, it was released in 1971 (so coming up 50 years old!!!). Only 250 to 300 copies actually got distributed, before the remaining copies were destroyed. It was released on Track Records, but was only available under mail order, it is not a pirate copy.
This particular album is in all round good to excellent condition (bearing in mind it's age). The cover shows a bit of the back sleeve missing (see photo). The matrix on side 1 says "2856 001 1Y/1 and on side two says "2856 001 2Y/1" - Justifying it's a first pressing.
