Hi, my name is Tommy and I’ve been collecting records for many, many years now. I’ve taken the hard decision to sell off some of my collection due to it being to large and taking up too much room. So please look at my other listings, regrettable they’ve got to go. All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them. Will be listing many more over the next few months..:(
Listed here is a RARE album by The Who titled The Who Sell Out. This is a UK Original 1st Pressing on Track 612 002. This Mono copy is on the collectable Track label. This very first pressing show’s ‘made in Gt.Britain’ on label and the laminated sleeve was made and printed by Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd. What makes this record rare is the condition, it is Fantastic! Also has the early matrix numbers.
Matrix numbers: 612002 A-2 / 612002 B-1
Both sides of the album are in EX condition. There is some very minor/light background Noise/Static, its only really noticeable between the tracks and on the run-ins. NO skips, NO Jumps, few quiet pops. There are a couple of tiny hairline scratches that don’t effect play. NO Clicks.
The Full Laminated sleeve is in EX condition. NO pen names, some very minor spine wear, and edge wear, NO ring wear, NO tears, NO rips and NO splits. Tiny amount of creasing. Still has retained its lovely shine (see photo)
Inner EX condition and Labels EX+ condition. Small amount spindle marks.
