The record is visually in EX- with a couple of thin, light surface scuffs which have no affect on playback, which is more like EX+  On the B side label you can see, in certain light, an owner's name, but it appears to be blue biro on the blue label, so is not at all obvious

The sleeve is a little less, at VG+ with a couple of light creases on the laminated front.  There is a previous owners name on the back of the sleeve, and a mark at the bottom from the removal of a sticker, which has lifted a few letters from the address right at the bottom, as you can see from the picture.
