The Who My Generation original MONO UK vinyl pressing on Brunswick label LAT 8616. Not in the best shape. Flimsy cover is still together despite bad ring wear, water stains and rough edges. Back cover upper right corner small handwritten name of record's original owner "Kalfes" and the idiot also put his initials in bottom back corner! Original plastic lined inner sleeve (w/ the "how to take care of your record album" notes) also has water stains but is still together. Vinyl looks clean and flat but plays with crackling noises. I sampled parts of side 1 and listened to all of side 2 (because I had to hear Pete sing "A Legal Matter") and it played fine with no noticeable pops or skips on my turntable, just the usual crackling of an old record. My albums have been in storage for 20 years and I'm tired of paying to store them! Better to let someone else enjoy them. Ship to USA only (DISCLAIMER: I am not a pro record grader. Though I worked at a used record store and radio station. Nearly everything I sell is from my own collection and I kept them in good shape. I look at all my albums and grade by sight. If I see a flaw I will play it and check it out and report any problem. Very rare albums are desirable despite their flaws. Otherwise I do not have time to listen to them all. Vinyl is tricky: what plays on one turntable may not play as well on another. If you are a perfectionist, please consider this before placing a bid. Thank you and happy holidaze!)
