THE WHO - 'MY GENERATION'
This EXCELLENT UK 1st MONO pressing of their explosive debut album dates from initial December 1965 release
It is on the Decca-pressed 'deep-groove' Brunswick label: LAT.8616
Matrix numbers: MG-10256-2B & MG-10257-1B
Stamper codes: 1/B & 2,1/BU
Disc weight: 145g
Housed in a front laminated 'Robert Stance' printed cover, complete with original poly-lined inner-sleeve.

A clean & unworn set with just a touch of wear around each centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Extremely clean playing surfaces which retain all of their factory shine and just a single small & light turntable scuff mark on each side but no further significant marks or wear in strong daylight. Closer inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals some harmless light/wispy hairlines but nothing of any significance & sparkling rainbow shine.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT -
This highly respectable sounding copy has been played a number times but is without any significant deterioration to the sound quality or any major faults. My single careful play-check detected some intermittent light background but no excessive groove/playwear or any clicks, jumps, repeats or any other such distraction. This is a nice copy to play and enjoy.
Cover: EXCELLENT -
A respectable example of this extremely fragile cover which retains a vibrant, unfaded front panel. The glossy laminate is unworn & unscratched and bears just a single faint 'thumbnail' together with a faint, unavoidable light disc impression from storage. All corners are in great shape and both opening edges are free from any tears or feathering. The exposed rear has some age-related blemishes towards the opening edge but is otherwise free from any writing or missing paper.
The spine is clean & fully worded and both seams are smooth & unstressed.
