COVER
This is the original '' Macneil Press Ltd '' gatefold cover with the Black print, only used on the very earliest issues as later ones were printed in Red and then Blue ! This very vulnerable cover has managed to survived very well with no writing or nasty stains. There is a little wear due to age but nothing serious and apart from a little split at the spine ends and some light marks here and there, it still looks very presentable. The original staples are still intact and solid as are the inner pockets, above the average condition offered ( see-pics ) EXCELLENT MINUS CONDITION !
VINYLBoth sides have a lovely glossy shine and have unmarked clean surfaces with no scratches or blemishes visable on either side.Upon closer inspection under bright lighting reveals nothing more than a couple of tiny superficial faint wispy lines, very hard to see and certainly nothing that affects the audio quality. This realy does look very nice with no scratches, scuffs or blemishes ! very well cared for.The audio quality is equally as pleasing as all tracks deliver a clear ,vibrant sound with barely any ditractions.Overall a very well looked after copy with no evidence of groove wear,no scratches, scuffs or marks visable and superb audio with nothing more than just a hint of static noise very briefly on the odd occassion from gathered dust ( see-pics ) Visualy and Audibly EXCELLENT CONDITION
LABELS Both labels are in very clean and bright condition with no stickers, writing or stains present. When viewed at an angle in direct daylight a couple of miss-aimed spindle traces are visable but these are not noticable on normal viewing, very clean set ( see-pics ) EXCELLENT CONDITION ! INNER Housed in the poly-lined inner sleeve with Made in England , Patents Number and Plastic Bag Warning present in blue print , very clean shape with just 1 tiny mark and some light creasing from storage ( see-pics) INSERTS Complete with all 12 correct components stored in the earliest issued envelope. All inserts are original with the 2 yellow typewriter paper issues, the earliest Mr Lambert-WHO present, correct thin semi-gloss Poster, correct folded guitar overhead photo with navy blue coloured lyrics on the back etc etc . All are in very clean shape with nothing more to fault than some very light crease wear on the 2 yellow inserts, the poster has a split along the top fold and the envelope top flap has some small tears otherwise all are in very nice condition with no writing or stains etc ( see-pics ) DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS VERY EARLIEST 1st PRESSING WITH ALL CORRECT COMPONETS !
