This is The Who on a promo Decca with My Generation and Out In The Street. The numbers are stamped in the dead wax.
Vinyl is a shiny VG+.
I record the songs using an Audio Technica AT440MLb needle through a McIntosh C24 preamp. You can hear the song from beginning to needle lift with NO editing of the MP3.
