Description
The Who’s A Quick One first Mono pressing A/1 B/2 on Reaction Records released in 1966.
Features the first mini rock opera the brilliant “A Quick One While He’s Away” and one of my favorite Who songs “So Sad About Us” as well as John Entwistle’s fantastic “Whiskey Man” and “Boris The Spider”.
The very hard to find record especially in this EX+++ condition, most would grade higher...It’s a keeper!
The BEAUTIFUL laminated E.J. Day & Co. record cover grades Excellent...hard to find a nicer one this cover is going to be over 51 years old in months......Has the Managed & Distributed for the Robert Stigwood Organization Ltd there are a few (not many) laminate pinches here and there (see scans).
This is an authentic and much sought after 1966 Mono Reaction Records album and a better copy would be extremely hard to find....Top Copy? For this rarity... Yes!
As with all records there may be a stray tick, click, pop or surface noise during the run ins and run outs and a touch of crackle or low level static here and there which is totally normal with vinyl. If there was anything out of the ordinary like too much of any the above I would not list the record, as I am first and foremost a record collector just like you...This paragraph is just to explain what you might encounter when buying vinyl records and is no reflection on this particular record.
I've been collecting records for over 55 years now and this album is from my personal collection.
If you have a record that you are looking for feel free to email me and I'll let you know if I have it or not.
