Description
THE WEDDING PRESENT - THE HIT PARADE - ALL 12 x 7" SINGLES
A rare opportunity to own all 12 original 7" singles released by The Wedding Present in 1992 as the Hit Parade project. Each single had a limited pressing, and all reached the Top 30 in the U.K. chart, equalling Elvis Presley's record for the most U.K. Top 30 hits in one year! The B-sides consisted of fantastic cover versions of songs including Julee Cruise's "Falling" (the theme tune from Twin Peaks). The singles and their B-sides were produced by various producers such as Ian Broudie (Lightning Seeds). All of these singles are in original picture sleeves. Each sleeve has the remnants of a small sticker on the back, but otherwise all are in excellent condition.
