The Wailers Catch a Fire Vinyl LP 1973 Zippo Lighter Sleeve Bob Marley V. RARE VG
Very rare and extremely sought-after first UK pressing of The Wailers' 'Catch a Fire' vinyl LP, featuring the iconic opening Zippo lighter sleeve.
The sleeve itself is in very good condition for age, opening and closing without issue and free from damage or repairs.
True first UK pressing with Island Records' Basing Street address on the rear sleeve and ILPS A-3U/B-4U matrix numbers (and crossed-out BML A-3U/B-4U numbers).
Attractive, unmolested first pressings of this classic, seminal album with amazing sleeve like this do not come up very often. Will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If you’re still reading… 😊 A bit about Red Brick Retro: my vintage and retro shop was born in 2017, when I decided to make the leap from a 15+ year career in charity retail to running my own business. I knew that I wanted to keep my stock offering fairly wide-ranging, but with a focus on the period that interests and inspires me - c.1960s-1990s. Music, books and film and are the core of my business, reflecting my interest in these spheres going back to my days as a Media Studies student in the 1990s. I also have a love for fashion, arts and design with a retro/vintage vibe, so pieces of this nature also find space in my virtual shop. After a first couple of years mainly selling in antiques centres and at fairs in East Anglia/the East Midlands, in 2022 I rea;ised my dream of opening my first shop in the lovely Derbyshire town of Wirksworth.
