Description
The WINSTONS: "Color Him Father". Original USA pressing LP on Metromedia Records. Includes the classic drums breakbeat sample on "Amen". This is the way to get this track- on vinyl LP - as the 45s were pressed on styrene which wears out easily, and 45s of this title in particular often seem to sound bad even brand new.
Cover is VG- due to bottom seam having heavy wear (especially left side toward spine) as well as back cover having fading/age staining; both are probably due to past moisture/water damage (though it dried out fine, no mold or mildew, and only mild basement smell).
Record itself is NM-. Labels are perfect.
All records are original USA pressings - not recent reissues - unless noted. Check out our Grading / Condition info. NM (Near Mint) is usually my highest grade. Labels are NM unless noted; and item has no writing, stamps, stickers, drillholes, or other noteworthy defects unless specifically noted or shown in photos otherwise.
SHIPPING: Media Mail shipping includes Tracking number. Each additional LP is only $0.25 extra, so please use the Category links in my eBay Store to see similar records I have listed. Priority rate varies by region. Rates may change; see exact updated rates and all Foreign rates here. I'm adding new records regularly, so please add us to your Favorite Sellers list.
