Description
The WHO Phases Box set from the early 80's by Polydor International. Bought new from an ad in Rolling Stone, if memory serves. Some things are hazy from then. But one thing is certain, they were only played to be recorded and the Lp sleeves were placed in protective bags. I'm pretty sure the recordings came from the original pressing, or something like that. It also comes with some promotional material in the Live at Leeds album, except for the marquee club poster, which is on the wall out in the garage (my room!). The albums are: My Generation, 1965; A Quick One, 1966; Who Sell Out, 1967; Tommy, 1969; the aforementioned Live at Leeds from 1970; Who's Next, 1971; Quadrophenia (my favorite) from 1973; The Who By Numbers (cover drawn by the Ox himself) from 1975 and Who Are You from 1978. The outside box is worn with some corner tears from my moving around but the LP covers are spotless and shiny. If you still use vinyl, this is for you. Shipping is going to be tricky; If I can send it media mail I will refund the shipping difference. If it goes flat rate it will be about 14 bucks.
On Dec-10-11 at 07:00:09 PST, seller added the following information: Please disregard the shipping options for "parcel post" and "flat rate box". It won't fit in a flat rate box and why pay extra for parcel post. DO NOT select those options at checkout- I seem to be unable to remove them from the ad. They will be sent "media mail", which is cheaper. Actual shipping cost is about $6.00, but the shipping calculator will only accept $4.00.price rating
