Original UK pressing of A Storm In Heaven, the debut album by The Verve [released under the band's original name, Verve, before they added the definite article] released in 1993 on Hut Records (HUTLP 10).
This is the sought-after first UK vinyl pressing, issued during the band’s early psychedelic / shoegaze period before their later commercial breakthrough. Original Hut Records pressings from the early 1990s were produced in relatively small quantities and are increasingly difficult to find in clean condition.
The album is widely regarded as one of the defining British psychedelic albums of the 1990s and features the classic early Verve line-up led by Richard Ashcroft.
