Description

This is a stapmed promo copy of The Velvet Underground - VU, released on Verve in 1985.

The record has been play tested and is in NEAR MINT condition. There are no scratches, marks, no-fills, spindle marks, or blemishes of any kind. It sounds perfect, presenting no cracking or popping outside of standard vinyl sounds. You could not hope for a better copy.
The jacket is in VERY GOOD++ condition. Both faces look excellent and all edges show very, very minor edge wear. There is one small crease in the top left corner of the front side. Otherwise, this is a fantastic jacket.
The original inner sleeve is included and is in VERY GOOD+ condition. Both faces look perfect and show no blemishes. The only problem is all 3 of the closed edges have a one to two inch opening from the record hitting the edges. The aren't explosive, so you won't notice them unless you go looking for them. (The record will be shipped in a new, high quality, plastic lined inner sleeve for safety. The original inner sleeve is included, but will not be used to transport the record.)
This is a near-perfect example of this wonderful record.
