The Numbers Etched on Dead Wax are "V-5008-S-1 MG-588-Rev" on A Side, and "V-5008-S-2 MG-559" on B Side.
Cover Condition: Very Good, Partially Peeled Banana on Front Cover, Bright and Clean, Splitted Top Edge, with Ringwear and Edge Wear
