The Undertones 1978 TEENAGE KICKS 4-track 7" E.P. Good Vibrations Blue cover
Rare opportunity to acquire this near perfect original copy of the Undertones debut EP. Bought new from Liverpool's Probe Records back in 1978 by Julian Cope, the item's pale blue folding cover retains its clean and fresh new-looking just-manufactured look on account of being kept for decades in a clear heavy polythene bag. No actual dirt or soiling has occurred, though minimal disc impressions can be seen on the front sleeve.
Both sides have just been played and sound excellent – Teenage Kicks, Smarter Than You, True Confessions – and all aforementioned tracks are clean and fresh. There is, however, an unfortunate stick on 'Emergency Cases'. Many thanks for looking.
