About Us

We are an established CD and DVD wholesaler trading in the North West supplying shops, and markets. We have had about 20 years experience in the music selling business starting off as market trader's and then taking on the wholesale side which we have been involved in for about 12 years.

We have traded in various towns throughout the UK selling our stock so we have an insight into what customers want and we try to steer away from the current pop and chart genre and concentrate on the Nostalgia, Irish, Country And Western and 60's and Oldies side of things. We have an extensive range of artists from Matt Monro through to Charlie Landsborough.

Our music genre's we stock are Country & Western, Irish and Folk, Male and Female artists, 60's and Oldies, Instrumental, Nostalgia and some Pop.

Our DVD section comprises of Music, Comedy, Horror, Feature Films, Childrens, Sport and Special Interest, all products are 100% original, and we guarantee that all our products are the real thing.

We have recently moved to the internet to offer our products to a wider audience and we feel that in a short space of time we have rapidly found a very loyal customer base, who have bought items regularly from us and seem very happy with our service.

We pride ourself on treating the buyer as if they were a customer in our shop, and we offer service second to none, quick delivery time frame, and excellent after sales service. We aim to post items the same day, and at worst usually the next day, we do not charge ridiculous postage costs, we will exchange or refund any faulty item returned within 7 days, and any questions will be answered promptly.

We have good feedback and our stock is constantly being updated with new releases, bargain offers, and end of stock lines.

We accept that there is a lot of competition on ebay with our products, and we aim to prove that dealing with us is the only option, you can rest assured you will be given the first class customer service you would expect.

Payment

After winning an item at auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out following the eBay links as this will update our system with your address and payment details. your order will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

Shipping

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. Most of our orders made before 3pm and have cleared payment received for are despatched the very same day!

Faulty Goods
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels.

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price less a 10% restocking fee will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.
