VINYL GRADING

I try to make a good honest appraisal and grade conservatively, however, I AM NOT AN EXPERT.
Some records may need cleaning to restore the full lustre. I prefer to leave that to the buyer. You probably have the equipment to do that properly, I don't. I will grade on physical imperfections and ignore fingerprints, dirt, etc. I don't have the time to play every track of every record. I will note with an ( * ) the ones I have test played. If you disagree with the grading, let me know and we'll work it out. Thank you for looking at my auction and best of luck to those of you who bid.

Most LPs are graded visually. ( * ) following the vinyl grade indicates that I have also played the LP.

M       Is or appears unplayed.

M -    Appears played, shows handling, no scuffs/scratches.

EX+  Very few light scuffs/scratches that should not affect play.

EX    Several light scuffs/scratches that should not affect play.

EX-   Several scuffs/scratches that may affect play in certain areas.

VG+ Obviously well played with several scuffs/scratches. Probable various surface sounds thoughout
yet should be playable without skipping or repeating. Surface is still glossy.

VG  Obviously well played with several scuffs/scratches. Definite variety of surface sounds thoughout
yet should be playable without skipping or repeating. Vinyl should upgrade to at
        least VG+ with proper cleaning.

Note: I will be listing many classic and uncommon records in the coming weeks, please check in often.
