Surfin' Bird: The Trashmen LP This Minneapolis band was one of the most popular of the early surf rock bands. They had an international hit in 1963 with the classic title track of this album and several other minor hits as well. Their only full-length studio album. This group has continued playing and performing ever since the early 60's, and they remain incredibly popular, especially in Europe. And they still sound great! This terrific album was released on Garret in 1963, number LPGA-200. This is the original mono release of the album. The vinyl is in exceptional condition with its bright original luster looks to barely ever been played, The album cover shows no ring wear and no corner or edge wear and still has original factory plastic wrap with promo stickers. The cover and vinyl are in amazing condition for the age. Definitely I would call it a NM+. Great copy for collectors.
