Description

Original 1983 Polydor pressing of The Style Council – Introducing (catalogue number 815 277-1), made in Holland. Vinyl is graded EX with a clean glossy surface showing only minimal signs of handling, while the original cardboard sleeve is VG+ with light edge wear and a small surface mark on the front. This mini-LP features early Style Council classics including Long Hot Summer, Speak Like A Child, Headstart For Happiness, The Paris Match, Mick’s Up and Money Go Round (Club Mix). Produced by Paul Weller and Peter Wilson, it captures the band’s first wave of soul-influenced modern pop. A highly collectible pressing for Weller fans and collectors of 1980s UK new wave and soul-pop.
