The Stranglers Peaches Blackmail BOOTLEG COPY Not 1977. Condition is Used.
I had this up for sale recently, DECLARED AS THE BOOTLEG and then withdrew the item due to the controversy surrounding fakes,bootlegs etc. deciding not to sell potentially adding to the confusion.
I’ve decided to relist this as the controversy has been cleared up, there is clarity in the collectors community on identifying genuine items.
This is the bootleg copy pressed in the 20 somethings. It’s a valiant attempt at a copy, and should be treated as such. Homage, copy, bootleg. The vinyl is the most impressive part IMHO. This black vinyl version is quite something.
Did I say this isn’t a genuine 1977 copy?
Still desirable and collected.
