Finishing off today with another Irish offering begorrah.


When sifting through my stuff I sometimes have a look at items and have a little head scratch. Because of time constraints and a fading memory some items end up on the sideboard in the hope that looking at for a while will jog the memory. For week or so now I've been stumped by this item so much so that I enlisted the help of someone who is rightly regarded as a Stranglers rare vinyl expert. He informed me that it was an Irish 4 prong Sleazy!


And the memory was jogged. Although both the sleeve and vinyl have UK markings, the Irish version issued with both the A & B sides on a white label. The standard issue obviously has a white label on the A and a black label on the B.


So this sits on the rare and highly collectable spectrum.
