Description

The Stranglers JJ Burnel, Girl from the Snow Country, 1980 Holland Release.

A very rare withdrawn single, JJ destroyed all copies when he discovered their existence - or so he thought! Unknown to him, approximately 70 had already been shipped to Holland, thus the second part of this legend was born. This copy came into our possession in 1998, purchased from record collector eil.com. The wonderful thing about this single is we consider possibly never to have been played. We never played it, only treasured it and upon examination we cannot see any surface scratches at all, it seems flawless.

A little mark on the sleeve on the back and ring mark from the single (as in the photo) but otherwise pretty good for a 35 year old piece of pure record history. Alias it's time for someone else to enjoy this magnificent rarity so happy bidding people in black.

Just a note about todays bid retractions which obviously were placed by absolute time wasters to me and the bidders in this auction, good luck to the genuine bidders for the remainder of this listing
