You will receive the *corrected Dexter Gordon and Wayne Shorter LPs (those are unsealed as per original replacement but never removed from sleeves)
Contains the following:12” Deluxe Liner Notes Booklet written by Grammy-nominated jazz writer, Ben Ratliff with large-scale photography.
7 LPs (5 single LPs, 1 double LP)Limited to 1000, pressed on 180g black vinyl — this set was curated to represent the 6 eras of Blue Note Records by its president, Don Was.

Notes, The box is hand-numbered edition 393 of 1,000.
All six albums in VMP Anthology were remastered by Kevin Gray at Cohearent Audio, and pressed at RTI on high quality 180g black vinyl. The first five albums are from the master tapes. The sixth album was remastered from highest quality digital source.

Recorded on May 9, 1961 at the Van Gelder Studio, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
*(Originally shipped with cover arts from 2004 Rudy Van Gelder Remaster CD issue, including CD catalog number, track listing, and remastering info. VMP later shipped a replacement jacket printed using higher quality and correct original LP artwork and with the full original liner notes.)
