Description

This is for the Stooges second album titled funhouse which came out in 1970 and features the addition of saxophonist Steven McKay, we have one of his solo albums available also in another auction.

there is not a whole lot I need to tell you about the album other than it was poorly received by critics when it was originally released causing it to be a slow seller enhancing it's rarity.

the original owner must have liked it, staking his claim by writing his name on the inside of the jacket....thanks Don Kovalik.

overall the jacket is in pretty nice condition with only the minor punch out or cut-out near the name of the band, cut ours like these are usually indicating that it was given as a promo or returned to to the distributor for being a slow selling item. there is barely any wear to the gatefold album cover, I will not call an over 40 year old album cover perfect but this one is pretty nice.

speaking of nice condition, the record itself is very clean with only the most minor wear from barely any use, you could not be disappointed in an album of this age being this nice.

and lastly, it has its original inner sleeve, it is also in excellent condition.

buy with confidence and add this to your awesome collection of punk rock music.
